I was given 10% per leg for sciatica dod. Section IV of 199 states bilateral factor 10% combined with 10% = 19% plus 1.9% bilateral factor= 20.9 which rounds to 21%

50 DOD 90 VA, picked up clearing papers today, 20 days PTDY 60 days terminal, only hiccup is getting transportation for HHG. Already cleared unit, 75% done with installation.
I tried chat everyday, they always said no, finally on day ten they said they couldn't, I called and asked them to fax them to my office, 1 hour later I was getting my 199.
10 days from when your claim goes historical/notification letter sent date call the VA, ask them to fax you your ratings. That's what I did. It just so happened that it was the same day my 199 was ready.
Max is 75% from what I understand. Your retired pay is calculated at 2.5% X number of years X High 3 or your VA disability percentage of base pay whichever is higher.
Q. Does the profile get the second signature during the MEB process?
A. What I understand is that a P "3" condition profile is not valid without the second signature. Essentially once you get the second signature is when your process starts.
