I’m going through this process now as well - there’s a spot in MyPers where you can apply your title-10 orders towards your retirement age - you upload all your 214’s from your trips/active duty time and they do the calculations for you, giving you the calculated reduced retirement.

Have you started your VA disability paperwork/process yet? As long as you have medical documentation (civilian or military), you can get that ball rolling ahead of time to speed things up down the road.

Deno - thanks for the info. The deployment was 6 months, and the sleeping disorder started during the trip. My HR department got me the info on the Technician disability retirement numbers and such. I'll see about asking if I'm in the IDES process. I'll keep ya in the loop with what I find out
