My Story for Others IPEB finding of "fit" and the long appeal

Update: The command approved a voluntary ADSEP under “MILPERSMAN 1910-120. Finally was separated October 2018 with an honorable discharge. Waiting for my VA claim to finish for the disabilities they previously wrote in the NARSUM. Working to write or get help writing an appeal to the BCNR...

My Story for Others IPEB finding of "fit" and the long appeal

    - The command legal is the one who recommended that I route the ADSEP using MILPERSMAN 1910-120 stating the CO would likely support it; if that makes a difference. The CO is not malicious in any manner - I am up for orders before the next medical board starts and am technically not LIMDU...

My Story for Others IPEB finding of "fit" and the long appeal

Update: PEB will not accept another case for me until 01 Sep 18. Worked on my stats from my medical record to see how much work has been missed. Since 2015 have missed out of work 46% of the time for appointments or symptoms. Does anyone know if a member initiated ADSEP would hurt the board...

Navy, When can I start the process?

As I understand the process starts as your primary care manager, or in some cases the specialty doctor or other initiate the process. Mine was started before my first LIMDU finished due to the length of treatment history.

My Story for Others IPEB finding of "fit" and the long appeal

My wife said something about just being numbers and in-human too. She says they'll end up being the contributing factor for my death instead of just letting me go. I have been out of work all day or most of the day for medical appointments or intense pain for about 500+/- of the last 1095 days...

    Findings Came Back Fit?

Probably was my NMA sounded convoluted. I am hoping my evaluation that I got and sent with my appeal to the DIRNCORB which shows I am out of work because of medical and has nothing to do with my UCMJ. My NMA tied together my clearance loss with my UCMJ when in fact it was for behavior health...

found fit for duty - now contesting - help?

Not always? I was denied FPEB; they did not even let the DIRNCORB deny it. Instead they denied it at the PEB when they are only suppose to recommend denial. I put my story up in the IPEB Section about this. Ouch. I do not have migraines but have a similar action with my colon and Irritable...

My Story for Others IPEB finding of "fit" and the long appeal

The Navy emulates my childhood minus psychical abuse; so its like "duh, of course I am going to do well and promote" why would I want to be a shit bag and get in trouble or kicked out? Your husband is lucky they granted him a formal board. It...

NVLSP Attorney or Navy Appointed FPEB Attorney?

I know this is later but for others who come across this. I have been represented by NVLSP and they have done a excellent job of working through my appeal and challenging findings and processes of the PEB.
