At 100% VA you really should have waived your drill pay and due to your medical condition you may consider getting out all together, depending on how much time you have in already. I think you need a Sr. NCO to mentor you, it's shocking about the MEB/PEB findings

The VA is not the one that will find you unfit. The MEB Medical Evaluation Board evaluate you medical packet NARSUM thereafter, sending it to the PEB (Physical Evaluation Board) they will notify you with a 199 with your MILITARY fit level

They will give you that option be mindful if you cash out your leave it does not include your BAH it’s your base pay after taxes and deductions
