    30 January doesn't sound like a correct retirement date. FMCR transfers happen on the last day of the month and retirements happen on the first of the month. Also you do not need a final physical if you have gone through IDES. Make sure you have submitted all required retirement paperwork...

    VA will rate all conditions, referred and claimed. The DOD will pull the % of your referred conditions only for your DOD rating and the VA will give you a proposed rating which includes referred and claimed conditions.

    Wow, they are aware that if they don't sign it you are getting out anyway. You PEB discharge/ retirement isn't going to be 3-4 months out. It is just screwing you in the long run. Is your CO the one not willing to endorse it?

    No, I have no idea. But around that time my orginal PEBLO quit or left his position. So the submission may have been delayed. I knew the process takes a long time so I was just waiting.

    No I have not heard about going directly to the permanent retired list before, but it makes sense for a PEB waiver case. They said it takes approximately 30 days for approval of the TERA.

    CRDP is one big reason. The other reason, for my case, is I will be at better retirement percentage under TERA than medical.

    VA case closed, new one opened...can’t see ratings “N/A”

    It's taking way longer than 1-2 weeks once your case closes, for the Marine Corps and Navy. Im at 45+ days since my case closed at the VA. They pretty backed up at the PEB.
