100% VA P&T, found unfit for military duty

Well ive been found unfit for military duty due to PTSD though not in Line of Duty. Lawyer out of randolph says retire from my civilian ART job and get 2 checks now my civ service and my VA disability and than at 60 get my military reserve retirement concurrent with VA and civilian checks, 2 checks now 3 when im 60 im 50 now. The only benefit of medical retirement is that i would get tricare for life. Need help do i bother to appeal or not? I dont know what to think. Ive been in this MEB process since April 2015
 
Is there reason to challenge the not in the line of duty? Is there reason to believe that military service complicated your PTSD? I recommend you contact legal counsel to help you make this important decision. Either counsel provided by the service or peblawyer.com
