2 Different Claims on Ebenefits?

Another in historical claims states
Submitted 1/30/2018 - Compensation - Claim Closed 02/06/2018 Complete

The open claim states all my disabilities and this historical claim doesnt state anything. I didnt recieve anything in the mail yet and its been 7 - 10 business days.

Anyone know the deal?
 
I don't think they mail you anything for MEBs. You can either call the VA (after the 10 days) and they will fax your VA results, or wait on AFPC to return both DoD and VA results to your PEBLO.
 
I called the va and they said my ratings will be in the mail that they sent to my house. Sent it on feb 6. Still waiting. Might be delay due to presidents day
 
Have them fax your proposed ratings to you. If one customer service rep won't fax, hang up and repeat until you get them faxed.
