admin separation for adjustment disorder and depressing mood

i am getting a administrative separation after being diagnosed with adjustment disorder and depressing mood, i was wondering what this entails for me as far as what kind of discharge i will be facing and do i loose my benefits if not what benefits would i have, i have no negative marks against me and am stressing over this situation

From what you stated, it looks as if you will receive an honorable discharge.

There are no medical or dental benefits available based on your discharge type. Any college benefits will depend on years of service.

I would request a second opinion from a mental health practitioner outside the DoD. Some DoD practitioners appear to be taking shortcuts on the diagnosis. aka Hitting the easy button.
