Advice while waiting on a hearing??

Friends, I need some advice I am awaiting a hearing for SSDI, and I got a job offer from the VA. The problem is I was not prepared to get out and I need more income. What do I do? If I take this job it will help my family out but it will also hurt my case. I don't know what my situation will be if I have to wait a year for a hearing. Any advice is welcome.

Yeah, talk to your attorney…and your family. I'm in the same situation in that I am waiting for a SSDI hearing, so please keep us posted as to your decision and how it turns out.
