When i receive orders will i have a guaranteed 120 days until my out date? People tell me different things and I'm trying to set myself up financially.

Hello,
I am new to the process myself about to finish up my part 2 physical for the MEB, but that is what I am being told from my lawyer. I wish I could be more help, and if you have any updates please send it my way. You can always DM me.
I confirmed today that the orders are 120 days. I talked to the doc at my final med board physical (hopefully), she referenced an email from headquarters confirming this. Timeline from headquarters after receiving the package (via email) is as follows for uscg medical boards:
Up to 4 months for findings
1 month to say ya or nay (up to you)
Expect to work 6-9 months thereafter
Orders 120 days
