Yes. You should be fine. My wife was O4 AGR and all of her assignments were Tricare Prime Remote. You can collect all of your private medical records and if they don't have anything you can have your branch upload them.Congrats on the 100% out of the gate. I had my last exam yesterday and I think it went well. The examiner said I was definitely broke whatever that means haha. The only issue I had is that since the majority of my time as an AGR I have been on Tricare Prime remote, all my medical records are from civilian providers, and for some reason, the examiner didn't have them. She said it happens occasionally and reached out to VES to see the deal. I contacted my PEBLO and MSC and they assured me the VA had received all my medical files, even the ones from my civilian doctors. I looked in TOL, and they are also under the documents section. Hopefully, this won't cause any setbacks with my process. Does anyone have any experience with this happening?
There is no exact timeline with the VA. I am sorry to say you just have to be patient. Waiting is the worst part about being of this process. So it seems the VA can't find my DBQs that VES sent them last week. I called the 1800-827-1000 number and they don't have any evidence that they received them. Talked to my MSC and he said they may be in quality review. My question is, does the VA quality review the exams when they get them back, if so, how long before they show up in your case file?
Welcome to the wait, mine told me in January it was about a 90 day turn around so hopefully it has gotten a little better. This is the worst part of the whole process due to the real lack of communication or radio silence. I may have missed it but with you being AGR have they told you how retirement will work for you and going TAPS or out processing ?I received my narsum and counseling today. Concurred with everything and returned everything signed. My PEBLO said its taking about 60 days for the PEB/VA process now. Said if you have ratings currently it is only taking about 45 days. So I guess now I am in the position of a lot of you on here and am just waiting for the board and VA. I have told myself that I will not check on anything for at least 45 days. Let's see if I can do that now as I am very impatient with this process.
Same on my end, I met with the RSO for my state and she was of no real help. I'm assuming it will be done at Ft. Bragg.I haven't heard what the process will be for that yet. I am turning in all my equipment next IDT, so that will take care of that portion. However, I am assuming I will have to do a final sign-out at Ft. Riley or Ft. Leavenworth here in Kansas.

That is what happened to me with my PTSD. So going forward any rating that comes out of the VA side will reflect on the DOD side as far as percentages. At the end of the day it only increases your chance of getting over the 30% mark for a medical retirement.I did notice they added my lower back issues and bilateral radiculopathy to my NARSUM as unfitting conditions. Does that mean that those conditions will now be considered when determining my DOD ratings?
Typically if the NARSUM adds conditions as unfitting then your iPEB will most likely rule they are unfitting. The iPEB usually agrees with the NARSUM. That's what happened to my wife's mental health. She asked that it be added when doing her packet. At the NARSUM stage the docs added mental health and gave her an additional P3 profile.I did notice they added my lower back issues and bilateral radiculopathy to my NARSUM as unfitting conditions. Congrats man! I’m about three months ahead of you so maybe soon my VA claim will close.VA claim closed according to the VA App. One step closer!
The VA has been in a back and forth with VES about exams and clarification and neither side can give me an answer as to why and when it will be done.I hope it does for you! Crazy you’ve been waiting so long.
