Air National Guard - AFTER PEB Result Questions

I just was told by my PEBLO the 3 conditions are only awaiting final ratings.... so I would guess unfit for duty here...
 
10 Feb 2020 - Original MEB submitted Claim Closed..... The anticipation of my DoD Rating.... Pray!!!! New Claim opened that should be completed by june at least, but my ETS is April.... I hope this means the DoD Ratings are done!

Is this the "second claim" on VA? Usually you will have the initial claim, it will remain open until you are finaled out, the second claim will open and close with in days of your "notification" the VA needs this claim to notify you of your proposed ratings and the first claim will be closed when you and the VA accept and finalize everything.
 
huh weird, because I haven't been given any findings from the peblo. I originally had multiple claims still processing, and then they (VA) Lumped them all together in the original MEB claim from 21 October and closed it 10 Feb, and opened the new claim Jan 29th with all the same line items.. and now the 2nd claim is now at Prep for decision (which the original one was at before it closed)…. still cloudy if it will be closed by my ETS... (Right now date range 21 April - 12 July - ETS 25 April). PEBLO says the VA is being slow at rating....
 
If this is the case and due to you being ANG, expect a big brown envelope in the mail.
 
got one of them already in December 2018.... and I was already rated by the VA for the 3 referred conditions that went to the IPEB at 30% each (which at least 2 need to be increased due to the C&P results on this process.

This is what I'm Talking about. the one on 21 October was opened at the beginning of the MEB process after NGB referred the IRILO to an MEB
 
You could always try and call the VA to find out why multiple claims have opened and closed.

The other thing to check would be the my disabilities under e-bennies to see if there was a change to them.
 
still crickets.... and my ETS is in 6 weeks.... gotta love VA being slow on ratings you already have...
