What are the chances that you appeal your ratings and they actually lower them? I was planning on appealing my VA ratings so I can stretch the process out to obtain my 20 years but I was just awarded 60% DOD and 100% VA which i'm happy with. I'm worried now if I appeal just to appeal in order to stretch it out they may lower my ratings. And how can I appeal to VA if i'm already 100%?

You can appeal the ratings for your 60% DoD to the VA. You submit a VARR. The chances of lowering depends on what the contention is for the 60% rating. Some rating are based on fairly consistent disease processes. Others are based on range of motion which can vary from day to day.

10% for ankle ROM and 50% for LBP with 30 degree flexion. I was goimg to talk to OAC to see if i can make plantar favorite unfitting since i can't stand still more than 10 min
Or try to increase ankle %
