Army conducts brain tests on deploying Soldiers.
I hope this is used as a diagnostic tool and not to deny benefits. I wish I could say I felt confident that this is the case. My thought is that while it may be used for diagnosis, it certainly has the possibility to be used to justify an EPTS finding and deny benefits. We'll have to see how this plays out.
