Awaiting MEB Findings

Hello all,
I have 12 yrs in the Navy and I was diagnosed w. Lupus SLE in 2002. Well it slowly but surely progressed and I developed a whole bunch of issues and subsequently was referred to a MEB. Ok so I am a little confused as to what findings I should or shouldn't accept. Also, if they medically retire me I don't have but 12 years in so what happens with those years because I do not believe that I can get a retirement check for those years, can I? I am confused please help me people. What is the normal percentage one gets awarded with my condition as well
