Hello all,

I just had a question as to whether you only go to a C&P Exam for the condition(s) that referred you to the MEB in the first place, or for the referred condition(s) plus any that you may claim with the MSC?

Thanks!

In my experiences they only look at the conditions referred. If there are other conditions that are related to the referred conditions the provider can include them within his/her diagnoses.

Exams will be for every condition you claimed with your MSC. Referred or not, all issues are evaluated for future compensation.

I second what @Chaps_Z said. It will be for all listed conditions by the MSC, not just the referred ones.

You guys are correct. When I said, "referred" it was everything that the VA cares about, not just what the Army cares about.

The IPEB/FPEB is suppose to review all contentions, referred or not.
