Case on it's way to PDBR Board

Hello!

I got a letter back at the end of July, stating my information has been collected and my case was sent to the PDBR Board to make it's recommendation.

Does anyone know how long the rest of the process may take?

Also, once the Board sends their recommendation to the Air Force (my branch) and IF they decided to up my percentage, how long does it take for me to actually start seeing payment.

I am 19 months into my case. They received my case back in March 2016.
