Completed DBQ Feedback

So,
I logged into Tricare Online and took a look at my completed DBQ forms for mental health. Here is what I received:



I was originally referred for just the PTSD, but it looks like the psychiatrist added MDD. Is that normal for the C&P exams?

Any feedback on rating estimates as well. I'm sure they'll see more in my entire NARSUM, but how is it looking so far?

The examiner should specify all MH diagnoses for which you meet criteria. It is common for people with PTSD to meet criteria for MDD as well. But your rating is based on occupational and social impairment, regardless of the number of diagnoses. Except under exceptional circumstances, you will receive only one rating for MH conditions.
