Desperately seeking contact info for the ARC Case Management net Division as well as contact for the MEDCON Liaison — preferably email If at all possible.

My unit commander up through the commander and vice commander of the ANGRC failed to push my MEDCON Orders through in reprisal and retaliation for serious allegations that I made first through each step of my chain and then through the proper IG chain. (My allegations were swept under the rug by DOD IG and SAF-IG; I initiated another DOD IG complaint today for whatever good it will do me.)

I have been emailing multiple personnel in my command regarding my LOD and MEDCON orders as early as mid-JAN 2020. After stonewalling my MEDCON orders since JAN 2020, my immediate commander informed me via text on 15 APR 2020 that I should not expect to start MEDCON Orders after 26 APR 2020, which is the last day of my 30-day pre-MEDCON orders. Yes, during a critical stage in my mental health recovery (I’m currently attending a partial hospitalization program following two inpatient psychiatric stays and a previous attempt at partial hospitalization), my command gave me less than 2 weeks notice that my military pay and allowances and benefits will be coming to a screeching halt. My commander’s dismissive response is that “DSGs are never guaranteed orders.” Um, MEDCON orders are guaranteed IAW AFI 36-2910 if the prescribed criteria are satisfied.

As an aside, I‘ve contacted my Senator’s caseworker; I’ve submitted a whistleblower complaint to DOD IG; and I have had an attorney on retainer. Despite all this, my command seems to be above the law.

My correspondence continues to go unacknowledged by all echelons of my command. My command still has not reverted with copies of my interim LOD, nor have they reverted with the contact info for the ARC CMD and MEDCON Liaison. This no-notice termination puts a massive strain on my family especially during a time when I still require continuous and intensive daily outpatient psychiatric care.

Psychiatric conditions can be very confusing.

I realize this is several months old, but did I obviously missed this post the first time around. @DesperatelySeekingAnswers, how is your situation going?
