CRSC Increase?

Hello,
My husband was awarded CRSC a few months ago with the PACT Act and has been receiving payments. Last month's CRSC payment was a couple hundred dollars more than the previous months. Is there a COLA adjustment in Oct? If so, was it a percentage? I just want to make sure he was not overpaid for some other reason.

There was not a COLA increase effective October 2023.

The next COLA increase is 1 Dec 2023, for the payment for 1-31 December 2023 ( will be received ~end of December due to Holiday).
