Hello All,
I just wanted to see your recent timelines for CRSC adjudications; specifically DON applications.

Below is where I am:

1/10/2017: Mailed CRSC application
1/13/2017: Application Delivered via Certified Mail
1/23/2017: Received email from CRSC board acknowledging application receipt

"1. This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC). Processing and adjudication can take up to 45 days or greater. However, once your case has been adjudicated you will be notified by mail."

Are you still waiting on CRSC? I'm about to put in my package and was wondering what the timeline looked like?

The response came very quickly. I learned some conditions are presumptive IBS, others having a CAR or purple heart is almost a requirement. It was about 3 weeks. It took a long time for them to receive it because I mailed it. I would recommend faxing it for quicker processing.

The date of the approval letter was 27 Jan

I'm going to have to mail it because the package will easily be 50-75 pages with all the "proof" I'm sending.
