UPDATE:

I submitted my package on Monday, March 25th, 2019. I received an email today saying it was adjudicated on Friday, March 29th, 2019 and that I should receive the letter in the mail within 2 weeks. My CRSC package was very thorough and well documented. I have seen all the various timelines ranging from a few months to several months from submission to approval.

If mine was adjudicated in 4-5 days, is that a good sign or a bad sign?

It could be your case was so clear, approval was an easy call.
 
I almost put the opposite in my post. CRSC is not an easy claim in some circumstances.
 
I agree with chaplaincharlie. A quick turnaround could suggest a possible approval, but CRSC claims are complicated.

The only CRSC applications for which I might forecast (as a layman) an approval are Agent Orange-related CRSC applications that include "boots on the ground" in Vietnam. Those applications must also show that the disabilities claimed are listed on the VA's website as being presumptively cased by exposure to Agent Orange/herbicides.
