Hello @Macman_4040

Estimate.

1. 5468 x 50% = 2734 retired pay which is reduced to zero by the amount of VA comp
2. 12.833 x 2.5% = 32.08% longevity multiplier
3. 5468 x 32.08% = 1754 longevity portion of retired pay
4. CRSC @ 70%, wife & 3C under 18 = 1778.71
5. Your CRSC based on the info you provided will be 1754 since CRSC cannot exceed the longevity portion of retired pay.
6. You will continue to receive VA comp as well.

Hello @loki87 ,

Estimate based on the info you provided.

a. 3133 x 70% = 2193.10 retired pay (reduced to zero due to VA comp amount)
b. 8.33 AD yrs x 2.5%= 20.83% longevity multiplier
c. 3133 x 20.83% = 652.60 longevity portion of retired pay (the maximum CRSC)
d. Your CRSC will be 652.60 since the longevity amount is less than the amount of CRSC @60% (1328)
