Have you checked with the VA or PEB yet? I hope that isn't a new average. I'm holding out hope for mid October for fit/unfit but trying not to hold my breath. If it's been 14 weeks for you though, that doesn't make me feel good about my odds.Package sent June 15, 2017. No word yet
Yes, I have tried every avenue to get an answer with no truthful response. My package was sent on June 15, 2017. It was in the PEB's system (verified), but it did not get "accepted" until July 24, 2017. I kept raising hell with the PEBLO because during this time period, I never received the "case accepted" message on MOL. I am positive that the PEBLO sent my package again just before July 24, 2017, when it was "accepted".
So as of today, I am technically on day 64 since the package was "accepted". Last call to the PEB, they said it would be past the final officer (on to the VA, assuming unfit) the middle of this week.
Apparently my stuff was with about 700 other cases stalled at this point due to some unknown reason.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR MOL MESSAGE STATING CASE ACCEPTED, YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE RESENT. I cannot stress this enough. You will end up losing more time just as I did and there is nothing you can do about it.
My case got sent to the PEB on 08SEP. Just because I was bored today I online chatted with the VA to see if they received anything and I got this message. can I assume im unfit?
