DFASS Retired Account time line.

Does have an idea how does it take to hear back from DFASS regarding to Retired Account set up. It has been 4 weeks since I have summited my paperwork with my retirement orders.
I appreciated any info on this matter.

I retired before the advent of DFAS and of course, MyPay.

One non-federal source offered:

“Your retired pay will be deposited to your account on the first business day of the month following the end of the month. Your first payment for retired pay normally will arrive 30 days after your release from active duty, or, on the first business day of the month following the month of first entitlement to pay.”
