Does disqualifying condition show up on records after retirement?

Hello All,

I'm wondering if my disqualifying condition will show up on my military record if a background check is conducted. I understand that TDRL will show up but wondering if the specific condition will as well.

Specific conditions are not listed on the DD-214.

With HIPAA laws, doubt it. unless you land a job and are trying to request accommodations IAW the ADA
