I'm on TDRL and at the time of my first evaluation was given 10% for my hip by the VA. Now I've had a total hip replacement and the VA has rated the condition at 30%. During my IDES reevaluation would they have to use the 30% VA rating? Am I understanding that the original 10% would now be 30%?
