How long after you sign the findings does your EAS post?
For my EAS it was a couple weeks. If your navy you can actually choose a EAS mine was originally 90 days out but i was able to bump it up to 30 days with 30 days of terminal

MMR4 takes your leave balance +20 days PTAD from the day they actually get your paperwork from the PEB. If your new EAS falls before the 14th of that month you get shifted to the last day of the previous month. if its the 14th or after it goes to the end of that month. I called and spoke to the guy who does PDRL and that's what he explain to me he's the Civ in charge of that for marines anyway.
