I know this website isn't the best for status updates but I have a question. My ebenefits said on nov 10th that is was at the pending decision point but now on jan 8th it went back to gathering of evidence. I talked to my PEBLO on nov 10th and he did say I was found unfit. Does anyone know what is going on.

My guess is if you were found unfit they sent it to providence, RI. so the VA could rate your conditions. From there it goes back to the PEB then to the peblo. It'd guess its somewhere in between that stage
When your proposed rating get sent back to the PEB, your ebennies status suppose to shoot back to review of evidence until you sign your 199 and complete your terminal leave then it should shoot foward after they complete your final ratings
