EPTS can it get someone in trouble?

Have a troop facing a med board for adjustment disorder with anxiety and depression. The troop said she may have been prescribed medicine for it years ago but only once and never followed through taking medication. Went in for sleep issues and left with anti depressants. If she goes up to a med board can they find this record and hold her accountable in way of judicial punishment?

It is unlikely they could identify the individual physicians, much less obtain records from him/her due to HIPPA. As insurance, she should write the physician who treated her earlier and rescind any waivers to share medical information with anyone.

Also never discuss a potential violation of UCMJ with anyone other than defense counsel or the chaplain. She would have a privileged relationship with them.
