PS: Funny, another “local” VET told by Gulf Coast DVA Providers need to “consolidate” MHV MSG’s as “clerks-screening” messages and passing along complaining- humph (no issue that???)- but VET has found US DVA PAX cannot “multi-task”- i.e. answer more than one question per time- and a “veteran” cannot CC (Courtesy Copy) multiple Provider’s in this “award-winning” system….hummph…..just something ponder….perhaps…?????
