Good afternoon everyone,
I don't have an extra $10k to retain an attorney for this so I have have no other choice but to do it myself. Long story short. I was in AIT for 33 weeks, was injured, In Line of Duty. The incoming commanding officer did not believe the 4 medical doctors diagnosis of my injury and refused to sign off on my medical separation. So I made a protected communication to my Congressman. When the Congressional reached Battalion, immediately my C.O. communicated death threats to me, my academic records were falsified to reflect illogical academic failure, my affirmative in line of duty determination was revoked and I was returned to full duty, I was disenrolled from Intel school, reclassified and ordered PCS and then I was wrongfully convicted Article 15'd on fabricated false UCMJ violations. The veterans affairs granted me compensation based on PTSD arising out of criminal acts of retaliation. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but for some reason the ABCMR refuses to correct my records. All advise is much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
