The adjudicator judge whatever, was fairly cool, didn't ask me much, went off commander statement, and psyc statement. WOO HOO
My IPEB directly quoted my shrink and commander on my findings/rating. The board said : "SSgt XXX's commander opines that he is unfit for coninued service... unable to performs tasks for assigned grade..." They put a lot of stock into at the MEB and IPEB levels (from my experiences).
Sorry I really don't know.
When you apply it's almost a standard response to deny benies, Then you have to fight, which takes quite some time, from what I understand this was quicker than most due to the priority they are giving OIF vets.
