Findings

My Packet was sent to the PEB on May 23rd. My PEBLO told me that the VA found me unfit on the 24th and just waiting on PEB to send my packet. Does this mean I was found unfit by the all parties? Or no way to tell?

from what I know VA doesn't find you unfit PEB does so until then they have no way to tell

See, that's what I thought, but what my peblo said was "VA found you unfit". So, who knows, I guess?
