Findings.

In a bit of a state of confusion here. I received an email and a phone call that my case with the VA was closed on 7 Sep 21. And that my PEBLO should be able to see all the findings electronically and that she was sent the hard copy information. However after reaching out to her this morning, the answer she gave me when I asked was that she doesn't know the status of my PEB ( it was sent off on 27MAY21 ) and that she won't get the findings for either until both are finished. Is there any truth behind that ? She really cannot see where my case is at the PEB even though it's been over 15 weeks?

If the VA closed that means it went back to PEB findings. Sometimes. With the VA rating the PEBLO and MSC won’t tell you. Some people have been lucky and got the 1800 number to tell you or email you ratings. But that’s about it.

If you have been in the PEB stage since may I would call your ombudsman on post.

i have reached out to everyone including DES Legal and i get the same answer 99% of the time that my case is with the medical officer with no updates. The 1% i get anywhere was when my VR&E rep called me and told me that the VA had completed my case, and in the same day i got the message from my VA rep saying the same thing.

I called the VA and they emailed me my decision. So i know exactly how much VA is offering me.

What branch are you?

also you say everyone. Does that include the ombudsman? It’s been a popular choice among people on here lately.
If you are Navy or Marines it seems like it takes a much longer time then other branches for the PEB
One more idea. Call the 1800 number and tell them you want a note put on your account about being in the PEB since May. I have heard this works for others. To me seems like a coincidence but I could be wrong.
