So I found out last Tuesday that the VA released my exams. Just waiting to get NARSUM. My PEBLO actually called me yesterday finally but he said my paperwork was messed up. I asked him if he had my paperwork since May why is he just telling me to know? No response. Then at the end of the conversation, he was like "your National Guard right"? Are you kidding me? I have been on active duty since 2000. I don't know what it takes to become a PEBLO but this guy needs to find another profession.

I had to get my PEBLOs personal number since they aren’t working in the office. Your best bet is to find the VA reps number and call them directly. They would have more info than the PEBLO.
