Thank you for sharing. Guess the sharing online allowed for data mining their results, or there was a complaint legally.

Maybe the cases being online allowed attorneys to use the successful cases to petition for their clients.
I hope they have been. If they are taking it down, perhaps we can all provide our results to Jason Perry, regardless of outcome, it may be helpful to others in the process.

At least on the Air Force BCMR side is is interesting seeing as how the CFR and AFI say this:

32 CFR § 856.7(c) and Air Force Instruction 36-2603, "7.3. Public Access to Decisions. After deletion of personal information, AFBCMR decisions will be made available for review and copying via an electronic public reading room at http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_BCMR.htm."

I sent them an email asking for clarification and inquired on if they plan to post them again. Ill keep you updated. The one I cited is for for the AFBCMR specifically, though.
