Going to IPEB

I know I’m 7 years behind here. Just reading through threads. I fractured the Tibia/Fibula in my left leg over a year ago and that is one of my two unfitting conditions. The other is my left ankle. Dorsiflexion in the ankle is 0-5 degrees. What kind of rating would you expect with it? Also pain is noted in my left knee on the C&P exam but it is not an unfitting condition. I know the tibia/fibula Disability is rated based on how it affects the other joints. Even though the left knee isn’t unfitting would they use the pain present towards the DOD rating? Hope y’all can help, thank you in advance!
