27 May 2012-Reason for MEB: Motorcycle accident causing TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), Complete hearing loss in one ear and shaken baby syndrome.
4 Oct 2012-Notified MEB initiated=Full MEB (not return to duty)
16 Oct 2012-Intial meeting with PEBLO to review package
18 Oct 2012-MEB sent to AFPC
28 Nov 2012-VA Comp & Pen Exam, all documents sent to AFPC
16 Dec 2012-MEB review starts at AFPC
30 Apr 2013-Results back from AFPC, Honorably discharged from service, 70% VA rating
7 May 2013-signed 199
22 May 2013-Seperation date of 29 Jul 13
208 Total days from Initial PEBLO meeting to notification of results
