Guys...I just talked to my PEBLO, and....

I'm officially unfit. I was found unfit on July 27 2016. My case has been at the VA for almost 1 month so now I'm just waiting for them to rate me and send my ratings to the IPEB. My PEBLO said the VA should send my ratings to the IPEB any day now.

How long does it take for the IPEB to rate me after receiving the VA's ratings? O_o

(I'm so excited by the way! ^_^ ) ahhhh! :D:D:D

Congratulations on your finding. I am not that far in the process yet, my stuff went to the PEB last Friday.

Thank you! Now, I'm anxiously waiting to see if the VA low-balls me on my ratings because of a shitty C&P exam I had. I'm hoping I won't have to resort to submitting a VARR. :/

I was even more scared of not being found unfit, because fighting a fit decision sounds hard as hell lol

Hope your PEB goes smoothly.
 
Have you seen your C and P results? I am in denial that I was found unfit. I never got a letter, my PEBLO just said there is no finding, it's either separation or retirement at this point. So confused. I hope it is unfit, your right, it does sound hard to fight a fit result

Yep, I saw my results. Majority of my results seemed accurate, it was the main C&P that was a complete disaster. >=[ But years worth of medical records will hopefully overrule that shitty C&P exam.

Your PEBLO sounds confused lol. You should call the VA to see if your package has been sent to them. Ask a VA representative if your MEB package is there and ask them if they see a document (199 if you're Army/356 if you're USAF) that says you're unfit in your records. I never gotta letter either. The VA said they saw it in my records and my PEBLO told me over the phone. That was it.

But yeah, your PEBLO sounds dumb lol. There is always a finding, even if the finding is that you're fit. If your package made it all the way to the PEB, it at least means your local board (MEB) found you unfit.

Your PEBLO sounds like they don't know the difference between fit/unfit and medical retirement/separation. smh

If your CP was shitty and you have years of records to disprove it, that is exactly what the VARR can fix.
 
A step in the right direction! I was found unfit May 18th. The VA finished up my ratings on June 7th and sent it back to the IPEB on June 10th. I received my official ratings back from the PEBLO on August 1st. Goodluck!
