I'm sorry if I don't have all the steps listed out, my peblo has been less than helpful and barely ever contacts me, so I'm not entirely certain of all the milestones.

April 7th - referred for meb

May - Referred to Peb for action

July - VA appointments completed

August 2nd - Accepted by peb for action

September 21st - VA proposed ratings came back at 100%

Haven't heard anything since. My Peblo initially told me my findings would be back by now, but every time I call him checking for an update he loses his mind. At this point I'm just trying to see if the dod side of things has found me fit or unfit yet. I heard the attorney you initially contact can help but I don't have her number, I only spoke to her once.

You can try calling your MSC at the VA. That's usually who I contact if I want an update or have questions. Mine is much more helpful than my PEBLO ever was.

No matter how hard I try I can't get in touch with my MSC. He ducks every attempt I make at contacting him, I haven't heard from him since April.

If you want to you can always call Wounded Warriors (whichever region you're in). They're generally really helpful, I did call them once to see what was taking so long with my case because mine took longer than usual. I spoke to their PEBLO and he was super nice and was able to get me answers.

I called them and they said my case has been in the review phase for 39 days. That the usual is 40-70. I'm sincerely praying it gets done in the next couple of weeks because once the holidays start it's over

I’m currently awaiting an FPEB. Is it possible to get released early due to mental health reasons ? How would that affect the FPEB Process ?

Somewhat similar timeline to mine - Case sent to PEB 31 JUL, received proposed ratings 10 AUG. I called the PEB Number that people have posted here and was told to expect something last week (surprise, didn't happen). I was told that my case was at QA, so just waiting for them to finish.

Update, I called the peb today she they said I should have my findings back by the end of the week

My case was sent up to the PEB on 23AUG. I haven't been able to get an update whatsoever at what stage its at. I called and there was no answer.

Have you logged into VA.gov? Are you Navy or marine corps?
Im navy been in 3 years and I called PEB today they said I have about a month left till they get to my case and that the VA was done with my case on their side. Couldnt give me much info.

Have you called your MSC? They may or may not be able to give you proposed ratings.

i was told i was a combined rating of 80%, i was told that could change though by my COC.

Have you had any news? My package was accepted by the PEB 2 days before you, and I havent heard anything other than sometime next week, three weeks ago.

how many times did you have to call? i've called 15 times over the past 2 hours and it always goes to voicemail
I’ve only gotten them on the phone in the morning and you have to be lucky. I got through maybe 4 times in the past three months. I’ve called them way more than 25 times.
