JBLM MEB Timeline

Just talk it out with them. Obviously you should look at your LES and see how many days of leave you have built up. Then you figure your PTDY on top of that. Talk to your PEBLO about when it looks like you're going to be out officially, then back it up as many days of leave and PTDY that you'll get and there is your beginning date for your DA31.

Also, I just started a side conversation with you about your ratings and such. Take a look at it and see if you have anything helpful to share. Thanks.

Is there any difference in getting 30% DOD disability and 60% disability. Do you get payment from both army and VA or just VA and Tricare? I could not figure out this.. if you know please help me.

After 30% from the Army, I don’t think it really matters. If you elect to get payment from the VA you will only receive money from them you can’t double dip.
This is how I understand it to be at least.

Im headed to JBLM WTU, what should I expect?
Cant wear gear anymore, scars, buckling knees, headaches, loss of hearing, shrapnel, gunshot wounds, PTSD im on zoloft 200, prazosin, and trazadone. Anger coming under control, nervous ticks suck. Im a damn social wreck.
They are the type that want to be all bunched up together, ive got some bad anxiety

It's that time. In order to keep everyone updated on the process I'll continue to update this post. Since my last posting I had my rating increased to 100% P&T.

7 Apr 2021 - Contacted by "Temporary Disability Retirement List (TDRL) Branch U.S. Army Physical Disability Agency (USAPDA)" to make sure my contact information was current to forward for my TDRL examination.

I agree on the OMBUDSMAN. They are your advocate after all. That's seriously a long time to wait. That's practically my entire case.
Hey just trying to figure out what is an OMBUDSMAN, I'm just trying to see how they may be able to help me to see what is going on because I am going on 3 months of waiting since it went to the PEB Feb 17th and apparently all they are waiting for is my 199. Any info helps

Keep us updated. I'm in a similar boat. Just received that same email a few days ago and it also stated I will get a update through call or email 60 to 90 days.
I have also had my rating increase by the VA since being med boarded. I am now 100 P&t. Just wondering what the next steps will be since everything is up to date with the VA.

12 July 2021 - Contacted by my PEBLO to send me documents to release my new medical information since exiting the Army to them prior to scheduling my actual TDRL appointment.

5 Nov 2021 - TDRL Appointment date
I am on the Marine side but have CECS and am currently in a med board. I refuse to get a fasciotomy. What was your rating for the CECS? Also, could you give me specifics on your condition? (Just trying to see what I should expect) Thank you!
