Just finished my VA Exams

Hello,

Active duty here and I am currently in the IDES process. I just completed my VA Exams. How do I access my completed DBQ’s??
 
They will appear in Tricare Online in the documents section. They are theoretically moving to Genesis by the end of the month because TOL is being shut down, but who knows. I didn't get a notification they were loaded, I just had to keep checking.
 
I’ve been looking at other timelines on here and it seems the DBQ’s get uploaded quick…. My first exam was 26 Feb/last exam was 12 March and still no DBQ’s generated yet. Thank you for the information. I’ll keep checking.

My MH and audiology DBQs were loaded quick, I'm on week 4 of waiting for my general (13 claims).....
 
You may be in for a wait depending on how fast the provider turns them in and how long they take in their quality assurance stage. My mental health exam took almost two months to be loaded by the provider. Never did get a reason why such a long wait.
 
Had my dental exam last Thursday (13 March 2025), the DBQs were uploaded this Sunday (16 March). I'm still waiting for the C&P and Psych to get uploaded. I'm giving them 2 weeks before I start to poke around to get the ball rolling
 
Same situation here!

My Hearing DBQ was uploaded the next day.
All others - well I’m going on 3 weeks and nothing!

Do these have to be uploaded in order to be moved to the next step in the IDES process?

Okay wow, no wonder it takes so long.

Does anyone know how to access DBQs once tricare online is shut down?
 
My MH and audiology DBQs were loaded the next day! I recently had my general exam and have one additional test scheduled for next week. With that being said, I'm hoping they'll be uploaded by the end of the month.

They are under whatever the current medical issues tab is. Prior to my C&Ps I only had 1-3 conditions on there but there's been a handful of my claimed conditions added. I have yet to find where exactly the DBQs are being uploaded to now that Tol is offline.
