My referred condition is my hip. I don't think ebenefits is reliable, i have nothing in historical but yet my ratings are complete and at the PEB. I also get all my information from my MSC. My PEBLO is hard to reach and refers me to the dashboard if I have any questions..smh
Quick update, I received and signed my 199 on 1/9/2017. And just a fyi for those of you that rely on ebenefits, my status has been "gathering of evidence, documents due" since 11/17/2016 and I have NO claims in historical. Alot of people on this forum state that once you go historical you'll get your 199 but like I said mine has remained in gathering of evidence and no historical and I received my 199.

22Nov16 PEB findings (got a QMP letter, so I submitted my retirement packet around this time)
01DEC16 PEBLO counsel and soldier election
Currently in the PEB appeal process, my FPEB was on 23FEB17.
So now the twist to the tail. I received an approved retirement letter from DA, on the 23 FEB 17 dated 15FEB17, for a 20 year retirement date of 31JULY17. I pick up my retirement orders today from the transition office.
So my question is will the MEB foul up my 20 year retirement?
Update, after getting my orders for 20 year, title 10 retirement, I then get an LOR for medical retirement, about 50 days short of my 20 year mark.
I made a fuss, got a 4187 to my first O6 for an extension of the 90 day limit. Well my CDR & 1SG did some digging & sent some emails, & it ended up DA redid my LOR with a get out date for 20years. So my tent is up.
But I did want to say to the folks that are in the process, don't burn your bridges. I always tryed not to make the jobs of the CDR & 1SG harder then they needed to be. & it paid off, they had a chance to help me & they took it.
So if you're feeling your not getting a fair shake, & your CDR or 1SG are out to get you, be sure, & don't make there job harder unless you're sure it is your only option.
