I just emailed the replacement PEBLO for my MEB that has been going on since 2013 know i finally made it to the NARSUM phase but just found out it was kicked back AGAIN!

I’m so tired of this mess that my old deactivated unit has put me in, and I’ve been patient went to all medical appointments TWICE and not made waves.

I did the IG complaint AFBCMR they stated I needed to exhaust all areas of relief well that has come and gone with no results so I am BEGGING anybody on here knows what I can do to END this nightmare or take someone to court because this has gone on long enough.

If the wing commander had just put me on MEDCON orders after my injury in MTI school this would have been completed 10 years ago but they did not have money in the budget for me to stay on orders and get medical completed then go through MEB but that too has come and gone.

So any information choices help to get this process completed will be forever appreciated.

Yes have spoken to many attorneys but it always comes down to money not carrying a real human being who served honorably is treated as nothing.

11/06/23 they sent me back dated AF Form 1411 dated 2023/06/03-2023/12/03 and will not sign anything else until the supposed appointed PEBLO and ADC lawyer help me.

Noticed they signed and dated this form 2023/05/12 one signature and another backdated to 2023/05/15

No one has contacted me until two days ago and they expect me 100% through VA to just hop up and get busy while they do absolutely nothing for a military service member.

Finally, why should a soldier who did everything by US Air Force regulation or policy be force to spend money we don’t have(spouse retired 24 years us army Airborne Infantry Jump Master 11C 11M but has been working 10 years as gov civilian contracted through military ammo depot)because no one either wants to take on the Federal Govoent or put in the work that if they don’t win you pay nothing.

Will keep researching and when someone actually stands still to care will be dead before the UNITED STATES MILITARY DOES RIGHT BY MILITARY MEMBERS WHO DID THEIR JOB BUT GUESS COMMAND FORGOT THEIRS!

I will attach the new requested 1411 after blurring names of people never met and probably never will from 22nd HQ!

Where is your PEB attorney in this? You get one assigned and given their contact info at PEBLO initial brief. If you never got the info then Google your branch disability counsel and I am willing to bet something will come up - reach out regardless. Yes its a government issued lawyer, but I had nothing but good experience with AF ones working through my MEB as well as people here.

Additionally, quick reality check for ya but most do not care about your service except maybe few civilians and other veterans. There are some pro bono firms that you can apply to with no guarantee of acceprance. Bottom line is if you want a private attorney you will have to pay for their work.

Lastly, in this system, you have to be the squeaky wheel or inordinate amount of patience.

That at least is a plan, route information that no one even told me regarding static of my MEB as prior service issue.

That is because the prior ADC Capt appointed to me was fired or transferred. That ADC that was appointed to me only in the last 2 years and upon our second contact the Capt advised me to put my recognized prior service with active duty US Army that upon completion of 4 year contract was examined at my last duty station Schofield Barracks HI were I received 20% on my back as DJD Degenerative joint disease.

When they sent the first narsum stated up advisement from my ADC legal assistance want to add my back medical from my Army time from 1994-1997

Well right after that that ADC Capt. Was either removed, fired or supposedly they stated “NEW ASSIGNMENT”

RIGHT!

Since that day PEBLO was promoted so sent to someone who emailed their position as airman in medical I think and some female Capt. From ADC one time and never again.

My spouse who retired 24 years AD US Army was seeing how upset this total insane years of doing everything required but not getting the same in return had him emailing ADC Capt who emailed back that if my emotional state might need to be medically documented and added to MEB list.

So thank you for what was open to you on at least know I know it’s because of them not knowing how to process with added medical military documention.

So will be calling congressman and get them to earn the pay check my spouse still pays with SECOND Federal contracted job after 24 years 11C 11M 82nd Airborne Jump Master.
