Anyone know how it goes after the VA gives you ratings for conditions you are med boarded for as a reservist/guardsman.... my peblo is confused and I have no clue what is going to happen. I have less than 30 days before my ETS. See screenshots of va ratings attached.. va and ebenefits updated 2 days ago.... been in medboard processing since 20 Sept 2019..

If the VA finds service connection you can be compensated by the VA.
I know we had a Technician in my flight received his VA Compensation as he had DD-214 releasing him from his military duties prior to the Board, because we fly combat missions here and he was apart of the activated crew. He turned in the DD-214 to close the VA compensation claims and receive pay. He retired technician and military 2 months later. Again those 2 months we was receiving his VA.
They maybe using other DD-214s you have received for your release from AGR to close your claim. ANG and USAFR can receive compensation while in technician status.
