MEB after RILO

A couple years ago i was MEBed for Psoriasis and possible PsA. Ultimately, i was cleared to return to duty with an ALC-1. After my initial RTD, i started Humira injections and rely on them to clear my skin 95% clear and painfree. (Toes, feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, and hands.) My RILO was recently completed and was rejected saying i need a full MEB. I have been dealing with pain from other conditions that i have not reported. (Tailbone pain and loss of mobility in rotator cuff) Do i need to report these to my PCM or can i report it directly to the VA doctor? Should i be expecting to get discharged?
