Hey all I am getting ready to start a MEB for the following reasons:
68W with 8 years TIS SSG
Non operable Shoulder small SLAP Tear with tendiopathy and Subchondral Cysts
Herniated Discs L4-S1 w/ radiculapathy
PTSD treatment with meds
mTBI with treatment and memory issues
and probably more once the doc finishes everything for my P3
My question is I know that PTSD is 50%...does that mean I will be TDRL or PDRL and if TDRL what is the likelyhood of being prossessed for PDRL. I guess I have to be evaluated every 6 months or 18 months....Is that for the rest of my life? Also if the mTbi and ptsd were sustained in combat, verified by the unit, does that fit into the Combat related service stuff..... I guess Im just really confused about how it will all end up. Do you recieve both VA and Army benefits and money or just one?
Any information you can give me would be great
