MEB starting need help!

Hello friends.

I am AD AF with 18 years 10 months. I had a hernia repair in 2019 that messed up my nerves and left me with lots of pain. I missed a PT test the month of the surgery due to recovery and missed another pt test 6 months later. I was surprised because I was just informed an MEB is already beginning and it's already left the DAWG. How can I fight this and how do I reach retirement!
 
MEBBlues, sorry to hear but i think you should be ok. I have some answers for you but it's a bit to type. I recently retired from the Navy, if you like you can send me your number and i will give you a call.
 
Just be aware that people use the term “MEB” in a generic sense but there are different Stages that have to be completed before it actually hits the real MEB phase. In my own case they told me I’m going up for an MEB like 4 months ago. My PCM has still not written up the initial NARSUM yet.

Are you coded as a 37 already?
