Will I recieve CRDP?

I switched to Post 9/11 GI Bill but will be retired prior to fulfilling the retainability req. I obtained the retainability by extending. Will I still get to switch?
 
Under current law, if medically retired by a PEB, you need 20 years of active duty and a 50% VA rating to qualify for CRDP. CRDP law may change in the future making disability retirees under 20 eligible. If you are compensated by the VA for combat related conditions, you could qualify for CRSC.
